Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact our team to submit a damaged goods claim. This claim is to be lodged within 24 hours of receiving the items.

 

How To Lodge A Damaged Goods Claim

• Order Number
• Items damaged 
• Supporting images of the damaged box and item

Our team will get back to you within 48 hours.

 

Returns

If you would like to return your item please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please note that you will need to cover the return postage costs.
